How to get slime unstuck from items?
Our slimes are non-toxic and less messy.
- Grab a towel and soak it in hot water
- DO NOT let the slime dry on the carpet or shirt
- Use hot water, and the glue will melt right off

- A Slime Care Guide with tips to keep your slime soft, stretchy, and long-lasting
- Any charms, add-ins, or accessories listed with your slime
Please note: Slime activator is not included.
When will I receive my order?
We handcraft and package every order with care.
- Processing Time: 2–5 business days
- U.S. Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days after your order ships
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and may take several weeks.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.

Can I cancel my order?
Because each slime is handmade specifically for your order, all sales are final.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support.slimetillyoudye@gmail.com. If production has not yet begun, we'll do our best to help, but cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used slime.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a problem, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support.slimetillyoudye@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
How do I change my shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you need to update your address, email support.slimetillyoudye@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.
We'll gladly update it if your order hasn't shipped yet. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make address changes.
Slime Till You Dye is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered during checkout.
My slime arrived sticky. Is something wrong?
Not at all! Slime naturally reacts to heat, humidity, and temperature changes during shipping.
Simply add a few drops of slime activator and knead until it reaches your preferred texture. Avoid adding too much activator at once.
How do I care for my slime?
- Wash your hands before playing.
- Store slime in its container with the lid tightly closed.
- Keep away from heat and direct sunlight.
- Do not leave slime on fabric, carpet, or porous surfaces.
- Adult supervision is recommended for younger children.
With proper care, your slime can stay fun for months!
Is your slime safe?
Our slimes are made using non-toxic ingredients and are intended for play.
However, they are not edible. Children under 3 years old should not use slime due to small parts that may present a choking hazard. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.
